1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ze9999 platform, including the website, mobile applications, sportsbook, casino games, live casino, and all associated services. By creating an account or using any feature of ze9999, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

ze9999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all players accessing ze9999 from Pakistan and are intended to be read in the context of Pakistani players using the platform for online gaming and sports betting. All monetary references in these Terms are in PKR unless otherwise stated.

2Account Registration

To use ze9999's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must be an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration is accurate and kept up to date. If your contact details change, you must update your account profile promptly. ze9999 cannot be held responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

ze9999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before allowing continued deposits above certain thresholds. This process exists to protect players, prevent fraud, and ensure the integrity of the platform.

To complete identity verification, you will be asked to provide:

• A copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back.
• A recent selfie or photograph as directed by the verification process.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits, where required.

Documents submitted for verification must be valid, unaltered and clearly readable. Submitting forged, edited or fraudulent documents is a criminal matter and will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Verification is a one-time process for most players. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals process faster and with fewer checks. ze9999 recommends completing verification before your first withdrawal rather than waiting until you urgently need funds.

4Deposits

All deposits at ze9999 are processed in PKR. ze9999 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your ze9999 account instantly. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the payment provider. ze9999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts that do not belong to you, is not permitted and may result in suspension of your account.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not include funds subject to active wagering requirements.
• The withdrawal method must match one of the deposit methods used on the account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the Withdrawal page.

Verified players requesting withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa can typically expect to receive their funds within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing times.

ze9999 does not charge withdrawal fees. The full amount you request is the amount you receive. In exceptional circumstances, ze9999 may request additional documentation before processing a large withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly above the player's usual activity pattern. This is a security measure to protect your funds.

ze9999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or if a dispute relating to the account is under review.

6Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ze9999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, competition and market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any market before placing a bet. The following general betting rules apply across all sports on the platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, ze9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per day are subject to limits which are displayed in the betting interface.
• Live in-play bets are subject to network delay and may be accepted or declined based on the state of play at the time ze9999's systems register the bet.

Cricket & PSL Specific Rules

Cricket is the primary sport on ze9999 and the sportsbook covers PSL, Pakistan international matches, T20 World Cups, Asia Cup, bilateral series and other major competitions. For cricket markets, the following specific rules apply:

• Match winner bets require the match to be completed. Abandoned or tied matches are settled according to the official result or competition rules.
• Rain interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments are factored into final settlement in line with official results.
• Player performance bets (top batsman, top bowler) require the player to participate in the match. Non-participation results in the bet being voided.
• PSL matches are settled based on the official result announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the PSL governing body.

7Casino Games & Live Casino

ze9999's casino offers a wide range of slot games, instant-win titles, table games and live casino with real dealers. All casino games on the platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or real dealing equipment in the case of live casino tables. Game outcomes are independent and not influenced by the platform or previous results.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are shown in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, abuse of the bonus system, or use of third-party tools to meet wagering requirements is a breach of these Terms.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ze9999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using false or stolen identity documents during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system errors or glitches.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or play casino games.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game where such collusion is possible.
• Bonus abuse, including wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk while retaining bonus funds.
• Placing bets on the outcome of matches or events where you have insider information not available to the general public.
• Any form of money laundering, including using ze9999 to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.

10Account Suspension and Closure

ze9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation.
• A player's failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after 12 months of inactivity, as notified separately).
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ze9999 reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the remaining real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11Responsible Gaming

ze9999 believes that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and stay within their personal limits.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

13Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand the rules of a market or game.
• Losses resulting from a player's account being accessed by an unauthorised third party due to the player's own failure to secure their credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.

ze9999's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14Changes to These Terms

ze9999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Minor changes — such as clarifications of existing rules or corrections of typographical errors — may be made without prior notice. Material changes that affect player rights or obligations will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use ze9999 after updated Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.
